We believe that patients deserve to understand their condition and their treatment, and that open communication promotes healing and peace of mind.
We believe that to accomplish our goals we must be partners with the hospital (and the hospital's managed care partners) so that we may work together to provide high quality services at a reasonable cost and continuously improve our care of patients.
We recognize that our work must ultimately be measured by clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.
