Why 4M Emergency Systems? If you want to know the answer to this question then I strongly encourage you to listen to my story. I began to work for 4M as a resident “moonlighter” in one of their urgent care facilities. I still remember that first Christmas when I helped to cover the holidays when a physician fell ill. The following month I received a small bonus check from Dr. White with a note saying thank you. What struck me was that they had taken the time to say thanks, and treated a resident as an equal. After residency I began working at their level one trauma center, where I remained for 5 years. Over that time I have seen the company grow, and I have had the opportunity to grow with it. I am now a medical director for one of the emergency departments staffed by 4M. Yet despite all of this growth 4M has still maintained the core aspects that drew me to want to work with them, Compassion and Respect. I am now a father of two, and with each birth Howard White has taken the time not only to call me and congratulate me, but to personally stop by with a card and a gift.
